Monadnock Media, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is a nationally recognized multimedia design and production firm based in Hatfield, Massachusetts. We are looking for an Editor who will collaborate with the creative team to create single-screen and multi-screen/multi-image immersive experiences for museums.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Edit video and audio for a wide range of multi-screen, immersive, and single-screen programs.
  • Work closely with the creative director, producers, and others to understand the story, tone, vision, and interpretative goals of the production
  • Collaborate with producers and researchers to source visual and audio assets
  • Maintain organized project files and archives using a media asset management system
  • Stay current with new editing tools, plug-ins, and workflows for immersive and large-scale media

Best Candidates Will Have:

  • Proficiency in Apple Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid Media Composer, preferred three years of experience
  • Strong conceptualization ability and creativity
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
  • Organized, self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Some experience with Adobe After Effects
